Mr. Benny Bornfeld


Benny Bornfeld is a doctoral candidate at the Information and knowledge Management at the University of Haifa under the supervision of Prof. Sheizaf Rafaeli. His research examines online collaborative systems in coopetitive situations, looking to explore the balance and tension between cooperation and competition.

His academic background is in Aeronautical engineering, Computer science and MBA. Benny worked in the high tech industry for 16 years in both technical and managerial positions.

Ayelet Baram-Tsabari

Dr. Ayelet Baram-Tsabari heads the Biology Education and the Science Communication research groups at the Department of Education in Science and Technology in the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. She is a Landau Fellow for Leaders in Science and Technology Program and an Allon Fellow for Outstanding Young Researchers. 

Ms. Ayelet Gal-Oz

Ayelet Gal-Oz is the research manager of the Media Innovation Lab (miLAB) at The Sammy Ofer School of Communications, Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya.

Ayelet holds a M.A. in Psychology and a B.A. in Psychology and Communication from the University of Haifa.

Born in Philadelphia while my father was at Penn, I moved to Israel with my parents before I turned 3. My father, Abel Schejter, a native of Buenos Aires, has written on topics as diverse as the definition of life, and my mother, Mira, a native of Jerusalem has worked hard on keeping us all – my father my two brothers (Eyal and Izhar) and myself -- satiated.

Adi is a doctoral student within the Education Technologies program at the Haifa University, under the academic supervision of Prof. Yael Kali.

Prof. Yael Kali

Yael Kali is the Coordinator of the LINKS I-CORE, and an associate professor of technology-enhanced learning at the Technologies in Education Graduate Program, Faculty of Education, University of Haifa. She explores technology-enhanced learning and teaching at various levels, from junior high school to higher education. Her work focuses on the role of design principles for supporting Computer Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL).
